Returns Policy

  • Parcels are to be returned entirely at your own cost
  • Please notify us that you will be returning the products prior to sending
  • We will need details of the courier company you will be using and the shipping details so that we may track the parcel

Returns Process

  • Items must be wrapped in original packaging where possible, and properly wrapped and packaged to protect the goods during transit
  • Please note that the risk of loss, or further damage to the product while on route to us, will remain with you until the delivery has been accepted by us,

Exclusions for Returns as below

  • Products that have been “made to order”
  • A product that you or any other person has altered, repaired, used, incorporated or added to where such alteration, repair, incorporation or addition has not been authorised by us
  • A product that has been damaged as a result of inadequate care by you, incorrect use by you, or as a result of your negligence in our sole opinion

Defects

EXCLUSION FOR DEFECTS
Please note that the following are examples of things which will NOT be regarded as defects and will NOT entitle you to any replacement or a refund of the purchase price:

  • A slight difference of colour from product to product, resulting from the dying process of certain materials
  • A product that has been damaged as a result of inadequate care by you, incorrect use by you, or as a result of your negligence in our sole opinion
  • A product that you or any other person has altered, repaired, used, incorporated or added to where such alteration, repair, incorporation or addition has not been authorised by us

Import Duties and VAT / TAX Charges

IMPORTANT TO NOTE
This varies from country to country and will need to be paid on the importation of goods purchased. We cannot be held liable for any costs relating to this.  It remains the sole responsibility of anyone making a purchase via our website to familiarise themselves with the relevant country’s importation and VAT charges on clothing. We will not refund any items for refusal of delivery or refusal to pay the relevant importation and VAT charges.
